A team of us put together a BRIDAL FLASH MOB in February! There were approximately 100 brave ladies that came out to be part of this fun event! Recently, MacLean Magazine mentioned the Flash Mob in their article about ways to re-use wedding dresses. Check it out -

If you missed it before, the full, behind the scenes flash mob can be seen here -Full Flash Mob

There were a lot of people involved in putting together the Flash Mob and we owe a HUGE THANK YOU!!
Katie Robbie was gracious enough to choreograph the whole thing. She even took time out of her busy schedule (she teaches dance and has 2 young boys to name a few things) to put together the practice video and practice with a lot of the “brides”. When the music started at the Public Library, Katie was the brave one that started it all by dancing by herself in front of hundreds of people in a wedding dress. You’re my hero Katie!!
We had a few talented videographers come donate their time as well. Thank you Perfect Pair Media (www.perfectpairmedia.ca), Trevor Leyenhorst & Levi Shiach. As well as some great photographers – www.lisamariephotography.ca, www.nandcphotography.com and www.blackbelophotography.blogspot.ca
A shout out to Mike Wedge, Natalie Douglas, Christy Lyle, Tawny Douglas & Kristi Ferguson for helping with ideas and organizing!
Also, to all of you “brides” that fit or were duck-taped into your wedding dress! You were rockstars!
